This is an advanced course for those already in the Tourism Industry and who wish to improve their skills in English. As Tourism develops into a major industry for Vietnam, you need to ensure that your present skills keep pace.
There is a strong emphasis on speaking and listening in this course with role plays and practical activities.

Speak with confidence about all aspects of tourism in Vietnam. Be able to fluently describe the country and talk about its historical monuments and tourist attractions. Plan overseas holidays and learn to describe historic buildings, geographical features and cultural activities. Specific vocabulary will be taught such as hotel & tour facilities, equipment needed for particular holidays and weather.

Making tourists feel safe, comfortable and happy by chatting with them and helping them with their problems is important.
