The Multimedia Design program focuses on providing the conceptual, technical, and visual design skills required to create multimedia applications and environments.
Students learn professional applications for Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe ImageReady,Adobe Flash, Ulead Media Studio Pro, Adobe After Effects, Swift 3D, Adobe Dreamwaever, ASP.NET . . . or equivalent digital imaging, animation, digital video editing, and motion graphics tools.
This course focuses on teaching students more advanced ActionScript topics that will remove a reliance on Timeline-based visual tools. Students will learn to generate dynamic design and navigation elements that cannot be created without ActionScript.
Course projects include critique, storyboarding, retouching, compositing, Flash animation and site design, Action-Scripting, video and sound editing principles, motion graphics production, and interface design. |
