This is a specialized course for those already in the Hospitality Industry who wish to increase their English communication skills.
As more tourists enter Vietnam, the Hospitality sector becomes increasingly important and a higher standard of skills is expected. Through this course, you can increase your ability to interact with overseas people in both hotels and restaurants.
You will increase your awareness of the needs and expectations of guests and as you build your industry - based vocabulary, you will gain confidence in dealing with inquiries, following instructions and dealing with guests’ problems.
